If you had THREE dishes to take with you on a sunny desert Island in the middle of the Caribbean and could never return, what would they be? This is a question that should be answered with no hesitation. So you need to perfect your answer!
I struggled for a good 10 minutes until my decision was made. But, once decided, I was satisfied that my decision succeeded everyone’s. I had had a drunken and tense argument with my pals a few weekends ago and I even had a ‘tweet off’ with colleagues and random folk on the matter. Anyway… my decisions can be found below. Nothing fancy; just the best!
Calamari: crispy, tender and ridiculously moreish. I’d choose it simple with salt, pepper and chili.
A FAT T-bone steak: one side of the bone being sirloin, the other, fillet. Happy days. Obviously you get a choice of three sides: fries, mac n cheese and spinach.
A warm chocolate gooey brownie served with a hefty scoop of peanut butter ice cream.
Okay, now top that….
NB: I’ve not factored booze into the mix.
NB: If a pasta course was an option, I’d choose Linguine with shellfish (clams, mussels, langoustines and scallops).
